Business Development Specialist

Position: Business Development Manager (including the complete management cycle from prospecting through to completion and customer support)
Salary: By negotiation and depending on track record and experience + enhanced commission related to meeting and surpassing business targets.
Responsibility:
Will be responsible for identifying appropriate potential customers, developing client relationships and closing business targeted to executives in local government and Directors in private sector organizations. The individual will lead the business development process for targeted clients resulting in near-term sales which should evolving into long-term contracts. Your CV should be able to demonstrate progression and success in this field .

To get to interview you should be able to demonstrate the following skills:
1. A proven strong history of IT Software and Service sales (NOT HARDWARE)
2. Minimum of 3 years in technology or outsourcing industry sales of services, data, data analytics, consulting, information management, systems integration or software vendor with successful company(ies)
3. A sales track record that has achieved high annual sales quotas
4. Broad experience in the negotiation of initial engagements and ongoing contracts through account business development
5. Relationship building and account management experience.
6. Previous experience of Developing marketing plans
7. A strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.

Also the following may be useful:
1. University degree
2. record of attendance at sales courses
3. excellent verbal and written communication skills and telephone manner
4. high degree of integrity and customer focus.
5. Able to work as part of a team with tech staff.

Software developer:

Graphic designer

Including brochure and web layup, image management and creation. (Not Recruiting at present).

ICT Intern

We are currently looking for an intern to work alongside us on our Software development projects. This position will at least provide the opportunity to improve your CV.
