Because of the short timescale we were working to we needed a ICT partner capable of building systems with phenomenal speed, and AES have worked tirelessly to develop easy to use software. One particularly valuable asset of their service is that they provide 2 versions of the software, a Live version for daily use and a test system which can be used both for training and for testing out system updates. In addition AES has provided excellent manuals as well as and on going support for our recruitment team, which is on demand, by phone, email and if necessary, face to face.
AES has been the ideal business partner. Nothing has been too much trouble for their staff, and they understand that partnership is about going the extra mile and that return on partnership is not solely financial. The service provided by our partnership with AES has been extremely good value for money, with annual ROI occurring after only 2 employees placed, thus maximising the savings necessary from government requirements. Although AES have provided an easy in – easy out approach to licensing their service, the success of the service thus far makes the relationship with AES a long term partnership. We unreservedly recommend them."
