As part of our hosting package we can provide 24x7 maintenance with a typical planned annual uptime for our customers which currently betters 99.5%. Customers have options of direct email, help-desk, and telephone access to AES, and our Tech staff are able to resolve most problems very quickly indeed. As well as server maintenance we provide help-desk support for our products, so an email to our help line will generally have a resolution in a couple of hours from the ticket being acknowledged. We provide support on all our licensed products as part of an annual maintenance and support contract.
