CAMS Sampling / Project features Capabilities:

With our standard server implementation CAMS can cope with over 10,000 customers and 0ver 250,000 projects (PSRs). Each customer can make multiple enquiries (Calls) and each Project Sample Request (PSR) can have many Project Sample Status outcomes (PSS). Generally Account Managers deal with their list of Customers and set up PSRs to explain to the technical team members what is needed for a sample or project. The technical team contacts create and record the sample(s) or project(s) then send to customers. Account managers can also send an email or text to any customer contact in any of their customer companies in seconds, so they can confirm interest in any new products that you offer.

The system is capable of a wide range of reports which can be created by users and shared with colleagues, and we also provide a number of special reports which permit more complex analysis of data and which include drilling down into the data.

  • Users are individually password protected ,and each log on has a security profile to cover what they need to do.
  • Super user can switch admins, and manage housekeeping data.
  • We include a data warehouse so that admins can create, run and share reports called My Reports alongside a library of purpose designed Special Reports to provide detail and quality information on usage.
